Reopening Feedback

It might be summer, but we are working hard right now to plan for reopening in the fall.

While it is not fun to have to wear masks, to socially distance and to monitor symptoms, these are the right things to do to take care of our community. We know this will end when scientists find a vaccine. Until then, we will take every possible precaution to try to keep our Park Hill family healthy, and we will continue to work with public health officials to update our plans according to the latest guidance.

On July 13, we will give you a detailed list of all our precautions, so you will know what to expect when we reopen in the fall. In the meantime, we need your help with our planning:

  • The family survey will help us staff our schools properly for the right balance of teachers dedicated to in-person classrooms and teachers focusing on a distance-learning program. Please take it once for each of your children who are students in Park Hill.

  • The staff survey will help get an idea of how many staff members who have not already returned to work might be planning to talk to Human Resources about concerns with returning to work.

These surveys are now closed, so we can use the data for planning.
